January 21-27 (10 Hour Workshop)
American Tribal Belly Dance is a wonderful combination of improvised
group and soloist dance. By learning a specific vocabulary of
movements, along with cues, transitions and group formations,

improvisation. After several classes you too will be able to experience
the thrill of improvising with other dancers! Carolena Nericcio,
founder of ATS Belly Dance and Fat Chance Belly Dance (Kristine’s
teacher), has been developing this dance language throughout her
life so that people from around the world would be able to meet
and dance together.
Kristine has been a member of the esteemed dance company, Fat
Chance Belly Dance for over 2 years and studying with Carolena
Nericcio for 5 years. Kristine was raised in San Francisco, with
a love and appreciation for dance she inherited from her mother,
