1. Reservations & Payments

• Your place is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

• All payments must be made through the methods specified on the registration page.

• Please pay in full. Incomplete payments (partial amount) will result in paying the administrative fee twice.

2. No Refund Policy

• All payments are strictly non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, personal emergencies, or changes in circumstances.

• No credits, transfers, or substitutions will be provided.

• We strongly encourage international participants to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

3. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

• By participating in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own health, well-being, and safety.

BY SIGNING THE WAIVER FORM:

• You certify that you are physically fit to participate in any physical practices and all retreat activities.

• You understand that any physical activity involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

• You agree to inform the instructor of any existing injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations.

• Organizers and instructors are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or medical conditions that may occur before, during, or after the event.

4. Travel & Accommodation

• Participants are responsible for securing their own travel arrangements and ensuring they meet all required travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.).

• The organizers are not liable for travel disruptions, delays, missed flights, or changes in transportation schedules.

5. Personal Property

• You are responsible for your own belongings throughout any program.

• The organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

6. Conduct & Participation

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, fellow attendees, staff, and the retreat environment or they may be asked to leave.

• The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the Retreat whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

7. Photography & Media

• By participating in the Retreat, you grant permission for photos or videos that include you to be used for promotional purposes unless you provide written notice opting out.

• Participants are not to record, photograph, film any part of a class unless getting expressed permission from the instructor.

8. Liability Waiver

By registering for any program, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the retreat organizers, instructors, hosts, and affiliated partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising from or related to your participation. (Signing the waiver form is a required part of the application process, as well as participants will sign again in person on the first day of the program)

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India / Greece / USA (respective of the event).
