Indian Fusion Dance: IFF Level 1 - September 19/20

This 2 day workshop offers full 1.5 hour dance practices with Indian Fusion Formation (IFF) Level 1 content. A perfect class to review if you have taken Level 1 IFF or if you are interested in developing this graceful dance style developed by Colleena that utilizes elements of classical Indian dance, Fusion Bellydance and Folkloric styles with a contemporary view. Level 1 works more with ‘bellydance’ elements and nuances of Indian Classical dance. The practice will include embodiment practices, warm up / conditioning, technique drills and new compositions.
